Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
  • The product includes all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that show signs of use or damage
  • Any item not in its original condition or is missing parts not due to our error
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at soutiksarkar62@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos or evidence if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Approval: Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days.
  3. Shipping: If approved, you will receive a return shipping address. Please ship the product back to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at soutiksarkar62@gmail.com with details and proof of the defect or damage.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
